The Imagine Kutzky Citizens Council is a subcommittee of the Kutzky Park Neighborhood Association (KPNA). Citizens Council members meet on a regular basis to discuss how best to implement improvements in the neighborhood using the Imagine Kutzky Vision Plan as a guide.
