First Homes will be holding two open houses in Kutzky Park this Saturday, February 23, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The houses are at:
851 1st St SW (for sale)
3 -11th Ave SW (sale pending)
Whether you are in the market yourself or just want to see what First Homes has done with these two older homes, this is your opportunity to take a look inside.

Attached are Dave Edmonson's notes from the January 23 meeting on neighborhood sewers and the planned capacity assessment in two areas of the city, including an area of Kutzky Park.
The two .pdf files are a letter from Doug Nelson, Department of Public Works.

A presentation on the Second Street Planning Project has been added to the KPNA meeting agenda for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12. Amy Blenker and colleagues from Rochester Area Foundation will present.
The meeting is at 7 p.m. at Lourdes High School, 621 West Center Street.
Look for us in Room 102 if we are not in the auditorium.
